Restorative yoga is a gentle, therapeutic practice that uses props like blankets, bolsters, and blocks to fully support your body in comfortable, elongated poses. Each pose is held for an extended period, allowing your muscles to relax deeply, your nervous system to calm, and your mind to quiet. It's a practice of "doing less" to gain more – more peace, more energy, and more balance.

She is an amazing yoga teacher, dedicated to healing people mentally and physically. She taught me techniques to calm and improve my sleep. I also have a chronic back problem, and she has been helping me with it. Now, I can physically do most of the activities I want.
