We spend most of our days thinking about what is coming next or dwelling on what happened in the past. Very few of us are actually comfortable in our bodies and so we find ways to check out and zone out. This creates a disconnect between the self and the body and eventually leads to pain and disease. If you want to make lasting change in your life you have to get present in your body.
During our time together, I will guide you through a sequence of Svaroopa® yoga poses and restorative yoga poses as well as breathing techniques and moments of stillness. Svaroopa® yoga focuses on specific alignments while releasing all activity and tension in the body’s core. We use props as support to help the body and mind feel secure and safe. As a result, the body and mind are more likely to let go and just be. While restorative yoga is more relaxed with alignment of the body, it does involve props to support the body. The main focus is on releasing rather than stretching, creating a liberating experience full of bliss.

1.5 hour class is $23
Thursdays at 6:00 - 7:30 pm et
All sessions are currently being held virtually.
Private Sessions
Packages:
Each session is 60 minutes.
$725 for 7 sessions
3 month package with coaching & yoga sessions: $1400 for 14 sessions
1 individual session: $120
To achieve the most out of these classes I highly recommend attending coaching sessions as well. While yoga is a great way to help with the tension in the body, working on the mind will help prevent that tension from returning.
