Welcome! I'm a certified life coach, spiritual coach, yoga instructor, and embodiment therapist focused on pain recovery. My purpose is to empower you to discover your own healing potential, because everyone, including you, deserves to feel safe and comfortable in their body.
As your dedicated coach, I'm here to help you access your natural healing power. We'll collaborate to define your truest aspirations and map out a clear path to realizing them. Together, we'll gently examine the ingrained beliefs and habits that may be hindering you from living the life you envision, and I'll provide you with the insights and techniques to release them for good. You can count on my unwavering support and guidance as you navigate each stage of your transformation.
I am a certified life coach. My training and years of coaching experience have taught me various tools and exercises that can help deepen your understanding of yourself and assist with breaking through blocks and dropping walls.
One of the components of any recovery is being able, or willing, to get out of the small, singular thinking of the mind and directing your attention to something bigger. Spiritual coaching is ultimately all about helping you find, and direct your attention to, something greater than the individual. In other words, seeing the forest through the trees.
Being able to shift my attention to the greater good allowed me to get clear on what I had control over and gave me permission to let go of the rest.
Meditation has played a huge role in my healing. The practice has helped me see things about myself that no longer served me and it was only that awareness that allowed me to make a different choice. The practice of meditation has helped me see beyond the nonsense of my mind and discover who I really am. As I became more comfortable sitting with myself I began to notice changes in my body. The tension I was holding unconsciously in my body melted away along with old damaging behaviors.
I have been practicing yoga for over 25 years. My journey started with the physical enjoyment of the poses. As time progressed, I became more interested in the yogic teachings, philosophies, and code of conduct. I am certified as a Svaroopa® yoga instructor and an Embodyment® yoga therapist.
The way we THINK affects the way we experience our pain. Chronic pain is not just caused by the physical condition but also by the mental condition. Every day more people are discovering that how they react to the world has a huge effect on how they feel in their body.
Breaking free from addictions is the hardest thing I have ever done. In order to be successful I had to get real and take a good look at myself. It took a while but when things clicked the journey became magical. The right support can make all the difference for you.
